Study Permit

A study permit is a document that allows you to legally study in Canada as an international student at a designated learning institution (DLI). All primary and secondary schools in Canada are designated learning institutions. DLIs also include many post-secondary schools.

You will need a Letter of Acceptance from your school before submitting your study permit application. In order to be eligible for a study permit, you must also prove you are able to financially support yourself by showing you have enough money to pay for your tuition fees and living costs.
